Join our team: we are hiring a solid plasterer in Saint Charles County, Missouri. You will work at a plastering and dry lining contractor. What we are looking for: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work Day to day you will apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
