Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service.
