On a typical shift you will establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads. Requirements: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear Six days a week, one day off.
