Tile roofer — San Benito County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tile roofer in San Benito County, California. Day-to-day duties: • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses Requirements: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Willing to work outdoors in all weather Full-time with occasional weekends.
