Powder coater — Transylvania County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Transylvania County, North Carolina. Day to day you will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Rotating shifts.
