Formwork erector • Adair County, Iowa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a formwork erector in Adair County, Iowa. You will be based on a busy high-rise construction site. The role involves: • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations What we are looking for: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
