Quality control inspector — Chippewa County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Chippewa County, Michigan. You should have: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits The role involves escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
