Kitchen steward — Cape May County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Cape May County, New Jersey. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On the job you will handle: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks 6+ years on the tools preferred.
