Lathe operator — Daura

Now hiring: we are hiring a lathe operator in Daura, Katsina State. What we are looking for: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills You will monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; set up and start the machine as per the job card. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
