Baker — Rio Grande County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Rio Grande County, Colorado. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Full-time, day shift.
