Ideal candidate: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work You will feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel.
