Kitchen steward • Williams County, Ohio

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Williams County, Ohio. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working You will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
