Scullery hand — Gbonyin

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Gbonyin, Ekiti State. What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates The role involves: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Part-time with flexible hours.
