Oven operator — Klickitat County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Klickitat County, Washington. The job is in a bread factory. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate On a typical shift you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
