Great opportunity: we are hiring a deboner in Burleson County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Day-to-day duties: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Season and marinate meat on request • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
