Bread baker — Perry County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Perry County, Alabama. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Score the top of loaves before baking • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
