Trainee butcher — Mayo-Belwa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Mayo-Belwa, Adamawa State. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day You will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. ₦65,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
