Fine-dining server — Edgecombe County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Edgecombe County, North Carolina. You will work at a banquet hall. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Day-to-day duties: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
