Shuttering charge hand — Sac County

Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Sac County, Iowa. You will be based on a busy high-rise construction site. The role involves set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line. Requirements: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
