Now hiring: we are hiring an excavator operator in Clackamas County, Oregon. Your main tasks: • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines What we are looking for: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings Rotating shifts.
