Production line operative — Lea County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a production line operative in Lea County, New Mexico. The job is on a production line. Ideal candidate: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S Day to day you will wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line.
