Urgent requirement: bricklayer (Kano State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bricklayer in Gabasawa, Kano State. The job is on a busy housing site. Your main tasks: • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters What we are looking for: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage Rotating shifts.
