CNC milling operator — Cedar County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Cedar County, Nebraska. You will work in a toolroom. On the job you will handle: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors Requirements: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Full-time with occasional weekends.
