Line assembler — Shelby County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a line assembler in Shelby County, Illinois. You should have: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage The role involves: • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
