Press machine operator — Jasper County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press machine operator in Jasper County, Georgia. The job is on the press shop floor. Day to day you will load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts. What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
