Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety You will lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
