Milling machine operator wanted in Montgomery County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Montgomery County, Indiana. You will be based in a toolroom. Requirements: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T The role involves: • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence Full-time, day shift.
