Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Bear Lake County, Idaho. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Day to day you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches.
