Surface coating operator • Aroostook County, Maine

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Aroostook County, Maine. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects You will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. 5+ years on the tools preferred. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
