We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Portage County, Ohio. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards On the job you will handle: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
