Join our team: single needle operator (Georgia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a single needle operator in Dawson County, Georgia. You will work at a knitwear stitching unit. On the job you will handle: • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality Ideal candidate: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
