PVC window assembler — Prairie County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Prairie County, Arkansas. Day-to-day duties: • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter Requirements: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors 6+ years on the tools preferred.
