Immediate opening: we are hiring an assembly operator in Clay County, Illinois. You will work in an electronics assembly unit. Requirements: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work The role involves fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; follow the work instruction sheet for each station; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station.
