Quality control inspector — Marshall County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Marshall County, Kansas. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. The role involves: • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits Rotating shifts.
