Power press operator — Prowers County

Join our team: we are hiring a power press operator in Prowers County, Colorado. The job is at a busy press shop. You will load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts. You should have: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Full-time, day shift.
