Immediate opening: we are hiring a dogger in Williams County, North Dakota. You will work at a power plant. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket You will coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift.
