Immediate opening: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Haskell County, Kansas. Day to day you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
