Shuttering carpenter — Barde

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Barde, Yobe State. You will be based on a busy high-rise construction site. You will set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure. Requirements: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
