Line cook • Kent County, Michigan

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Kent County, Michigan. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare the mise en place before each service. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Part-time with flexible hours.
