Blocklayer — Matazu

Immediate opening: we are hiring a blocklayer in Matazu, Katsina State. You will work at a groundworks and structures site. Requirements: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools Your main tasks: • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
