Concrete placer — Scott County

Join our team: we are hiring a concrete placer in Scott County, Illinois. You will work on a building construction site. On a typical shift you will cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors. Requirements: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours We offer $20 per hour plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided.
