Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Harper County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
