Formwork carpenter — Owen County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Owen County, Indiana. You will work on a residential housebuilding project. The role involves apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw. Ideal candidate: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Own basic hand tools $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
