We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Jefferson County, Colorado. The role involves knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends.
