Now hiring: we are hiring a cook in Hancock County, West Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
