Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Nelson County, Virginia. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day to day you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
