Surface coating operator wanted in Dudley

Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Dudley, England. You will work at an automotive components factory. On the job you will handle: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes £2,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
