The role involves carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
