Brickwork mason wanted in Westchester County

Join our team: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Westchester County, New York. On the job you will handle: • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge You should have: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
