Immediate opening: deboner (Nevada)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Churchill County, Nevada. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher On a typical shift you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings.
